We are recruiting to the Office Team at St Nicholas Hospital to work within our friendly Catering Department.
This post is offered at 20 hours per week, 7:30am-11:30am Monday - Friday including Bank Holidays.
Main duties of the job
Collate Patient Menus for Central Catering Data inputting including financial charges Assist with maintenance of processes and systems Answer phone calls and email queries Manage joint email inboxes as required

Pay: Band A (£12.92 per hour)

Person Specification
Skills & Knowledge Essential
Proven ability to use Microsoft Office and related packages including databases, spreadsheets, inputting and updating electronic information. Good communication skills.
Desirable
Customer services experience including handling queries, complaints or sensitive information.
Education and Qualifications Essential
Educated to a good level of GCSE Education or equivalent level.
Desirable
Computer skills qualification at level 3 or equivalent experience
Experience Desirable
Experience of providing administrative support to teams.
