We're hiring an SEO & AI Search Specialist to drive organic growth across both traditional search and AI-powered discovery. You'll shape and execute SEO and AI search work across your projects, helping GetResponse rank effectively and stay visible as search evolves toward LLM-powered surfaces and answer engines.
The work spans technical SEO, programmatic SEO, content structure, and internal linking — paired with experimentation that turns into measurable growth, and AI-assisted workflows that speed up research, optimization, and reporting.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong SEO fundamentals and a forward-looking perspective on AI search — someone who identifies a problem, proposes a solution, ships it, and measures the result.
What you'll do:
own SEO and AI Search initiatives end to endimprove technical SEO, including site structure, internal linking, crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and content discoverabilitydevelop strategies to increase visibility across Google Search, AI Overviews and LLM-powered platformsdefine hypotheses, run experiments, build reporting that shows what's working, why, and what to do about itmonitor AI search trends (GEO, AI Overviews, answer engines) and put new approaches into practicemanage citations and listings for accuracy and consistency across platformsbuild AI-powered workflows for content research, optimization, production, reporting, and SEO automationrun SEO audits, experiments, monitor algorithm changes, and continuously optimize your approachcollaborate with Product, Content, Analytics, and external partners to strengthen our organic presence on and off our websitecreate original, data-driven content that becomes a trusted source for both users and AI models You're a great fit if you have:
3+ years of experience in SEO or organic growth, ideally in B2B SaaSstrong technical SEO fundamentals, including crawlability, indexation, internal linking, structured data, and Core Web Vitalsexperience with keyword research, search intent analysis, content optimization, and competitive analysisa solid understanding of AI Search, AI Overviews, answer engines, or GEO/AEOability to turn data into business-driven decisionshands-on experience using AI tooling, scripts, or no-code and prompting to automate workflows, generate content, or improve SEO processesexcellent communication skills in English Nice to have:
experience with programmatic SEOexperience with AI agents or workflow automationexperience in e-commerce, lifecycle marketing, or content-led growthgood communication skills in Polish Your skills and traits that matter
