As our manager for the Financial Planning & Analysis department, you will lead a team of five financial business partners and report directly to the CFO of Unilabs Netherlands. You will lead the business partnering with the country leadership team and oversee planning processes oversight across our Dutch operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop the Financial Planning and Analysis team (5 direct reports)Lead and drive improvements of the FP&A processes such as budgeting and forecasting, and long-term financial planningPerform detailed variance analyses of profit and loss and cashflow statements, identify the drivers behind performance, and explain the results in an accessible mannerMonitor and interpret financial trends, risks and opportunitiesSupport senior leadership with ad-hoc analysis, business cases, investment evaluations and strategic projectsChallenge assumptions, provide recommendations, and support data-driven decision makingContribute to improving data quality and financial data governanceRequirements
What We’re Looking ForMaster’s degree in Finance, Business economics, Accounting or related field5+ years experience in leading and developing FP&A teams10+ years’ experience in FP&A, controlling and financial analysisStrong financial modelling and analytic skills and experience with BI/reporting tools and financial planning systemsExcellent communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders across the organization Experience working in international medical or matrix organizationsFluent in Dutch and EnglishBenefits
