They help cannabis dispensaries across the United States accept debit and credit card payments, and they work with many of the biggest names in the space. They're headquartered in Orange County, California.
We are hiring experienced outbound call centre agents to book qualified appointments for a US-based payment solutions company. You will be on the phones daily, calling business owners across the US, sparking interest, and setting appointments for the closing team. This is a high-volume, target-driven seat built for someone who thrives on the dialer and loves the chase.

What you will doMake high-volume outbound calls to US business owners and decision makersOpen the conversation, build rapport fast, and create interest in the productHandle objections calmly and keep the prospect on the lineBook qualified appointments and hand them off to the closing teamFollow up by call and email so no lead slips throughKeep your pipeline and notes clean and up to date in the CRMHit and exceed daily and weekly appointment targetsRequirements
2+ years of outbound call centre, telesales, or BPO experience, ideally on US or UK campaignsStrong, clear spoken English and a warm, energetic phone presenceComfort with high call volumes and a target-driven environmentSolid objection handling and the persistence to reach hard-to-access decision makersExperience with a dialer and CRM (any of Apollo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Five9, Vici, RingCentral, GoHighLevel)A reliable remote setup: quiet workspace, headset, stable high-speed internet, and backup power and internet for load sheddingAvailability to work US hoursNice to haveAppointment setting or SDR experience for international clientsBackground in payments, fintech, insurance, or another high-volume phone sales environmentExperience in payment processing or the cannabis industry is a plusBenefits
