Primary Responsibilities Include
Support the Restaurant General Manager and Deputy General Manager in the day-to-day running of the restaurant and bar.Deliver exceptional guest service and lead the team by example.Supervise, coach and support the restaurant team to maintain high service standards.Assist with staff scheduling, reservations and smooth daily operations.Handle guest enquiries and resolve complaints professionally.Ensure accurate cash handling and completion of opening and closing procedures.Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and compliance.Complete effective shift handovers.
