Lead and motivate a team of employees, ensuring high-quality service and product standardsOversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and cost controlTrain and develop team members to meet performance goals and maintain a positive work environmentEnsure compliance with food safety regulations and company policiesHandle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionallyAssist in implementing marketing strategies and promotional activitiesCollaborate with the General Manager to achieve store targets and improve overall performanceMaintain a clean and organized work environmentParticipate in hands-on operations as needed, including food preparation and delivery Proven leadership experience with a desire to guide and develop othersStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environmentBasic computer skills for managing inventory and scheduling systemsValid driver's license with 2 years of driving experience if under {AGE}, or 1 year if {AGE} or olderClean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background checkReliable vehicle with proof of auto insuranceFlexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred)Previous experience in food service or retail management (preferred) BENEFITS
