The Role

As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for delivering revenue and operational margin targets across your assigned territory while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will actively develop key accounts, execute the commercial strategy, and support business growth through structured sales activity and strong client relationships.

You will take ownership of sales performance and market development, contributing directly to the company’s strategic objectives and long-term growth.

Who We’re Looking For

Key essentials:

Proven experience in sales management and key account development

Strong negotiation and contract management skills

Ability to drive sales strategy, budgets, and forecasting

Strong use of CRM and ERP systems
