About this role
We are seeking to appoint flexible, reliable, and responsible committed invigilators to support our exams team during key assessment periods.
The main examination season runs from early May to the end of June, with working hours varying depending on the exam schedule. In addition, mock examinations take place at various points throughout the academic year and and invigilator support is also required during these times.
As an invigilator, you will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of the examination process and creating an environment where students can perform at their best. Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and setting up examination venuesChecking and distributing examination materialsAssisting candidates before and during examsActively supervising students throughout the examinationCollecting and returning completed exam papers and materialsAddressing any queries or issues that arise during the examExperience in the education sector would be beneficial, but is not essential as full training will be provided.
