We are looking for a Business Intelligence Engineer to join the Customer Experience (CX) team at Amazon Now. The BIE will own the end-to-end data ecosystem for CX — building scalable ETL pipelines, automated dashboards, and self-service reporting frameworks that track key metrics across the customer journey including conversion funnels, delivery experience, retention, and NPS. The role involves partnering cross-functionally with Product, UX, Engineering, and Operations teams to define success metrics for feature launches, conduct deep-dive analyses on customer behavior and journey pain points, support A/B experimentation, and build anomaly detection to proactively flag CX degradation.
