Key job responsibilities - Utilizing data to identify trends, root causes of problems, and measure the impact of improvement initiatives. Build and maintain automated reporting, KPI dashboards, and analytical tools that enable business stakeholders to make data-driven decisions without dependency on ad-hoc requests. - Develop documentation and communications for program/process rollout and ongoing support. - Identifying and mitigating potential risks and obstacles by collaborating closely with business partners, key stakeholders, and team members. Ensuring Plan B’s are always in place. - Actively seeking out opportunities to optimize processes, reduce inefficiencies, and improve overall performance across the organization - Develop, implement, and govern KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs, providing visibility to the milestones, and performance across all projects - Act as the analytical bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders - scoping ambiguous business questions, defining metrics, and delivering insights that directly influence operational and strategic decisions.
