*Position Summary:*
We are hiring *Tactical Security Guards* for a *full-time *permanent position. This is a role to support enhanced safety operations in response to client and community needs. Guards will be monitoring designated sites and conducting regular patrols between key locations, with flexible scheduling.
*Responsibilities*
* Maintain a visible and professional security presence * Patrol multiple designated locations within a close area to deter unauthorized activity and ensure safety * Monitor high-priority areas identified for increased attention * Conduct regular foot and/or mobile patrols across assigned properties * Respond promptly to suspicious activity, disturbances, or safety concerns * Provide detailed incident reporting and daily shift logs * Coordinate with supervisory staff for daily assignments and site updates * Follow all company protocols and client-specific guidelines * Maintain situational awareness and apply conflict de-escalation techniques when necessary * Support safety and security operations during scheduled community events (if applicable)
*Requirements*
* Proven experience in law enforcement or security roles preferred. * Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and interaction with clients. * Valid Ontario G Driver?s License is considered an asset * Valid Ontario Security Guard License * First Aid/CPR/AED Certification * Smart Serve Certification (Mandatory)
