About this Position Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources, the HR Generalist provides day-to-day human resources support across the function, including employee relations, employee engagement and events, HR administration, benefits and compensation support, and compliance with applicable employment legislation. The role serves as a first point of contact for employees and supervisors on HR policies, programs, and procedures and escalates complex or sensitive matters to the Manager, Human Resources. The position supports HR programs across Cementation Canada operations, including corporate offices and project sites in multiple Canadian jurisdictions, and is an experienced individual contributor role operating in a position of high trust and confidentiality.
