We?re looking for a *hands-on Supervisor* who leads from the front, builds strong teams, and delivers results every shift.
*What You?ll Do*
You will be responsible for running shifts with confidence and accountability while ensuring both *team performance and guest experience* are at the highest level.
* Lead and manage daily shift operations (Front Counter & Drive-Thru) * Coach, motivate, and develop team members to perform at their best * Ensure fast, accurate service while maintaining a positive guest experience * Monitor and improve key performance areas such as speed of service, accuracy, and cleanliness * Handle cash controls, inventory, and daily operational checks * Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members * Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues quickly * Maintain all food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards

* Previous experience in a *supervisory or leadership role* (Quick Service Restaurant preferred) * Strong leadership and communication skills * Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment * Flexible availability (early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays) * Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail * A positive attitude with a team-first mindset

Pay: $20.15-$21.00 per hour
