**Casual Production Worker Canning & Bottling** Phantom Light Distillery is looking for reliable Casual Production Workers to assist with canning, bottling, packaging, and warehouse duties. This position is ideal for individuals seeking flexible, on-call work in a clean manufacturing environment. Hours are based on production requirements and are **not guaranteed**. Shifts are offered as needed, primarily during weekdays, and may vary from week to week. Reliable employees who demonstrate a strong work ethic are offered shifts first and may have opportunities for additional work as our business grows. Duties may include: Operating or assisting on canning and bottling lines Packaging finished products into cases and preparing pallets for shipment Applying labels Moving materials and finished products throughout the facility Successful applicants will: Be dependable and punctual Be able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical work Be capable of lifting up to 14 kg (30 lb) safely Have reliable transportation to and from work Work well as part of a team while following instructions carefully Demonstrate a strong commitment to workplace safety Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is an asset but is **not required**. We are looking for people with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic. Training will be provided. This is a casual, on-call position with no guaranteed hours.
