GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY Accountable for the development of the Finance Strategic Business and Transformation Plan, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and Finance s strategic objectives. Leads the design and execution of practical, cost effective Finance transformation initiatives that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Finance s operating model. Collaborates with Finance leaders, business stakeholders and other planners to align priorities, refine strategic initiatives, and deliver transformation outcomes. Responsible for planning and executing change management activities and communications.
