We are seeking a friendly and efficient *Barista* to join our team. The position involves handling cash transactions, operating POS systems, and adhering to food safety standards.
*Responsibilities*
* Prepare and serve a variety of teas and other beverages with precision and consistency * Operate POS systems for accurate order processing and cash handling * Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and addressing their needs promptly * Handle cash transactions accurately, including managing cash register operations and giving correct change * Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including coffee stations and dining spaces * Follow food safety guidelines during food preparation and handling * Assist with food preparation tasks as needed * Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service * Restock supplies and ensure all equipment is functioning properly
*Operating hours & Availability:*
* Ability to work variable hours including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends * Opening shifts start as early as 10:30am and closing shifts end as late as 12:30am
Pay: From $17.60 per hour
