Rockwell Industries is looking to hire a team lead with operating experience. Wage starting at $28 - $35, dependent on work experience.Annual performance bonus.Full time year-around position. Company truck provided - Must be able to manage crew and jobsite, this includes scheduling- Must be able to run skid steer, excavator and other construction equipment- 2 years minimum operating experience- MUST be able to tow trailer- MUST have Valid drivers license. - Must be able to finish grade- Must have a general understanding of base works and landscaping- works well with others- able to follow instructions and read grade stakes/drawings- able to comply with OHS regulations- have a professional and courteous attitude- be able to pass criminal record check Must be willing to travel if necessary.
