Duties
* Monitor premises continuously using CCTV systems and surveillance equipment to detect suspicious activity or security breaches. * Conduct regular patrols of the property, including entrances, exits, parking areas, and sensitive zones to deter unauthorized access or theft. * Verify identities and authorize access for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors in accordance with established protocols. * Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies by assessing situations accurately and coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary. * Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting. * Enforce loss prevention strategies by identifying potential theft or vandalism and taking appropriate action. * Provide first aid or CPR when needed and assist in conflict management to de-escalate tense situations effectively.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in security roles or law enforcement is highly desirable. * Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred; willingness to obtain if not already certified. * Knowledge of surveillance systems such as CCTV technology is essential. * Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. * Background in military service or law enforcement can be advantageous. * Familiarity with loss prevention techniques and security best practices is a plus. * Ability to stand, walk, and remain alert for extended periods while maintaining focus on surveillance duties. Work Hours: 7 Pm to 7 AM on weekdays and 24 hours on weekends/holidays.
