*Summary*
We are seeking a Part-Time Sandwich Maker to join our passionate team in our French Patisserie & Cafe.
*Schedule*:
* Tuesdays and Fridays only (approximately 6.5-8 hours per day), 7am start * Consistent weekly schedule ? no weekends required
*Responsibilities*
* Prepare and assemble a variety of sandwiches according to recipes for our wholesale customers. * Ensure all food items are prepared in accordance with food safety standards. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. * Assist with food preparation task for the sandwich ingredients as needed. * Pack sandwiches into bags and label the bags as needed. * Pack finished sandwiches into customer specific bins for delivery. * Perform par on sandwich ingredients at the end of the week. * Sweep and mop the kitchen at the end of the shift. * *Follow all health and safety regulations.*
*Qualifications*
* Previous sandwich, deli, or food prep experience is required. * Knowledge of food safety standards. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to stand for extended periods. * Must be available both Tuesday and Fridays with a start time of 7am.
