*Qualifications:*
* Previous experience in sales or customer service * Experience in the construction, renovation, windows and doors, cabinetry, or whole-home customization industry is preferred * *Fluent in both English and Chinese, *with strong speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively as part of a team * Able to follow up on customer needs, quotations, and order progress
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Assist the sales team with customer follow-ups * Respond to customer inquiries and organize customer information * Assist with preparing quotations and order-related documents * Maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams * Provide daily sales and administrative support
