*We are looking for someone who has:*
· At least 1 -3 years kitchen experience.
· Great knowledge of all line level cooking stations.
· Ability to learn and take direction
· Dependable
· Ability to work as part of a TEAM
· A highly professional and polished approach in the kitchen.
· Excellent verbal communication skills.
· Food Handlers Certificate
· Strong understanding of kitchen protocols ie. cleaning routines, labeling, product rotation, and overall sanitization
· Knife skills a MUST (will be tested in interview)
· Solid personal hygiene
· Critical thinking and common sense a must
