*Job Overview* We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting project planning, execution, and completion by coordinating resources, schedules, and communication among stakeholders. The Project manager will collaborate closely with customers and field teams to facilitate smooth operations and maintain project timelines.
*Responsibilities*
- Send out job contracts.
- Order all materials required for job completion.
- Book template appointments by phone.
- Coordinate fabrication timelines with the shop.
- Coordinate deliveries of finished countertops.
- Schedule installations with customers by phone.
- Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage our operating system to maintain up-to-date job flow.- Assist the Showroom Attendant with complex quotes and material takeoffs.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
