The Senior Technical Product Manager has overall accountability for leading a dynamic team of Technical Product Managers and overseeing the delivery of internal AI solutions from conception to deployment. As a Senior Manager, you are responsible for your team's coaching, training, and development, fostering a high-performance environment. You will act as a strategic advisor, providing insights that combine technical acumen, financial understanding, and an executive-level perspective to ensure our AI initiatives deliver measurable business value.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership: Provide decisive leadership, comprehensive mentorship, and inspirational guidance to a talented Technical Product Managers, cultivating their professional growth and maximizing team performance.AI Solution Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of internal AI solutions?from initial diagnostics and root-cause analysis to deployment. Ensure all initiatives include rigorous benefit tracking and directly enhance business or operational performance.AI Enablement & No-Code Development: Champion the development and implementation of robust AI enablement strategies and frameworks designed to accelerate the adoption and effective utilization of AI technologies throughout the enterprise. This includes spearheading the strategy and development of simple, no-code AI agents tailored to specific BU use cases.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with diverse cross-functional stakeholders, including engineering, data science, product, legal, and business units, ensuring seamless alignment and communication.Financial & Product Management: Manage program budgets meticulously, ensuring fiscal responsibility, accurate forecasting, and optimal resource utilization for all AI-related projects and products.Workflow Standardization & Agile Governance: Create, implement, and govern standardized Agile best practices and workflows for Technical Product Managers. Drive efficient program review cadences that focus on live-system KPI tracking, blocker resolution, and release planning to minimize administrative overhead.Executive Storytelling: Synthesize complex technical metrics and financial performance data into compelling narratives. Present technical information in a way that tells a clear, cohesive story for high-stakes executive leadership updates.Technology Landscape: Stay up to date with current technology advancements, continuously evaluating how emerging AI trends can be leveraged to drive internal innovation and business value.Critical QualificationsProven experience in a management or leadership role leading a team of Technical Product Managers or technology professionals, complemented by a degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Possess exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and a demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies and program plans.Demonstrated success in establishing efficient operational workflows, managing complex project lifecycles, and applying Agile methodologies within a large, matrixed
