Experience Required
* 1?2 years of restaurant management experience. * Pizza restaurant experience. * *Key Responsibilities* * Recruit, hire, supervise, and motivate staff. * Train and develop team members to ensure exceptional customer service and consistent food quality. * Oversee daily operations, quality control, and operational procedures. * Organize, monitor, and maintain food, beverage, and supply inventory. * Ensure all health, food safety, and workplace safety regulations are followed. * Address customer concerns professionally and implement follow-up training where needed. * Coordinate and manage catering and special events. * Foster a positive, team-oriented workplace culture.Qualifications * 1?2 years of restaurant experience. * Pizza restaurant experience is required. * Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead by example. * Valid *Food Handler Certificate* (required). * Valid *Serving It Safe Certification* (required). * If you're ready to lead an exciting new chapter for *Smitty's Selkirk & Gondola Pizza*, we'd love to hear from you.
