Brown Bros Ford Lincoln is seeking an afternoon receptionist. This is an excellent opportunity to connect with a broad customer base and join an award-winning team in a fun and rewarding position at a well-established dealership!
As receptionist, you are first point of contact for the organization. Your strong interpersonal skills are integral in providing a first-class customer experience. You will also provide administrative and support across the dealership.
*Hours:*
* 12:30 pm-7:00 pm Tues-Fri (extra shifts do come available periodically) * 9:00 am-6pm Saturdays * Availability to fill in additional shifts an asset
*Primary Responsibilities:*
- Answer, screen and forward incoming calls
- Greet customers and direct to the appropriate department
- Receive and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Schedule courier pick ups
- Prepare various documents for filing
- Process customer credit/debit payments
- Ad hoc clerical duties
*Key Competencies:*
- Relevant work experience in reception, administration or customer service equivalent an asset
- Maintain professional etiquette on the phone and in-person
- Knowledge of customer service best practices and general administrative duties
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
