*Join Our Team! ? Warehouse Operator *
We?re a leading national commercial insulation distributor, and we?re looking for enthusiastic, reliable team members to join our *day and second shift operations*. This is a *permanent, full-time opportunity*, with benefits and a friendly, results-driven team.
*What you?ll do:*
* Package laminated insulation off the assembly line onto skids and support smooth operations on our lamination lines. Be ready to step in anywhere on the line when needed. * Keep our warehouse organized, clean, and running efficiently. Monitor inventory, label products, and ensure stock rotation. * Handle and submit daily documentation including sales orders, packing slips, return authorizations, and production tickets. * Pick and pack customer orders manually, assist the warehouse team with deliveries, and cover all roles as required during busy periods, breaks, or vacations. * Load small delivery trucks safely and efficiently. * Operate a reach forklift with care and attention. * Follow and uphold all health & safety policies, government regulations, and company standards.

* Energetic, proactive, and committed to getting the job done right. * Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality. * Experience in warehouse operations is a plus; prior lead hand or supervisory experience is an asset. * Ready to be part of a fast-paced, KPI-driven team that values collaboration and excellence.
