Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Direct planting of trees, gardens and lawns. Organize and direct construction of decks and decorative or retaining walls. Plan, manage and supervise landscape construction work. Repair and maintain equipment. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding. Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years. Support for youths: Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth. Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth.
