<p><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">We are a developer, investor, and operator of power generation and desalinated water plants, with 90 assets in operation, construction, or advanced development across 13 countries.</span></span></p> <p><strong>Job Description/Person Specification Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ol start="1"> <li> <p>Oversee end-to-end electrical engineering for wind/PV/ESS projects (substations, transmission, grid connection).</p> </li> <li> <p>Coordinate design optimization and drawing reviews with design institutes.</p> </li> <li> <p>Conduct electrical due diligence for M&A projects.</p> </li> <li> <p>Manage equipment selection, technical specifications and bid evaluation.</p> </li> <li> <p>Supervise electrical construction quality/safety/schedule.</p> </li> <li> <p>Troubleshoot on-site technical issues with contractors.</p> </li> <li> <p>Lead commissioning, trial operation and grid connection.</p> </li> <li> <p>Prepare electrical construction plans and documentation.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ensure compliance with electrical codes/standards.</p> </li> <li> <p>Read English technical documents and communicate with vendors.</p> </li> <li> <p>Available for frequent travel/site assignments.</p> </li> </ol><h2><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Committed to creating a culture that is as diverse AND vibrant as the markets we serve</span></span></h2>
