<p>Service<br>PMLS Service engineer<br>Responsibilities:<br>1. Customer management : Establish an effective problem management model to quickly solve technical problems in the regional customer side. Collect and analyze the service needs of customers, report to the headquarters, and provide services to meet the needs of customers Cover the customer and improve customer satisfaction in the region.<br>2. Technical support: Focus on PMLS product, including patient monitor, Pump , ventilator, anesthesia and related IT technical support. Provide technical support to reginal distributor engineer. on-site support as necessary. Escalate to Headquarters for support to solve the issue. Provide local training to distributor to improve their technical capacity.<br>3. Distributor management: According to the region's business development and requirements, formulate the corresponding planning and empowerment targets for distributor. Follow up and supervise the completion of service indicators of channel providers. Ensure the distributor service quality. </p> <p>Requirements:<br>1. Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in electronics, biomedical engineering is preferred;<br>2. Ability: Have certain management ability and market observation, more than 5-year experience as service role and be familiar with local market and service situation.<br>3. Knowledge and skills: Good written and spoken English;Good teaching, communication skills; Good problem solving skills; Good information collecting and analyzing ability; Comfortable with frequent travel; Adaptable to cross- culture environment;<br>4. Others: Positive work attitude, with a certain degree of pressure-resistant ability; Familiar with computer and office software</p>
