<p><strong>Smarter, Better, Now.</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>ADB SAFEGATE’s </strong>functional teams are integral to <strong>powering innovation</strong> and ensuring <strong>operational excellence</strong> across the organization. </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p> <p><br>Working with the Americas Cost Account Manager, the Financial Analyst has a wide range of responsibilities to support everything from data validation to reporting and analytics. </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>You will make an impact by….</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Perform financial analysis on items including revenues, margins, operating costs, receivables, inventory</li> <li>Identify variances to budgets and monthly forecasts</li> <li>Perform balance sheet account reconciliations, make necessary adjustments</li> <li>Analyzing product margin and mix, working directly with sales to ensure that sales and margin targets are met or exceeded</li> <li>Participating in month-end close process in areas such as accruals, revenue recognition, intercompany charges, etc.</li> <li>Assisting with budget/forecast activities and supporting annual financial audit</li> <li>Adhere to all relevant administrative requirements, policies and procedures and respect confidentiality of data</li> <li>Maintains and processes entries in accordance with IFRS accounting rules</li> <li>Complete various projects and tasks as assigned with minimal oversight</li> </ul> <p> <br><strong>The talent we want to inspire has...</strong> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li>A BS/BA in Finance, Accounting or similar degree and 2-4 years in a position as a Financial Analyst.</li> <li>Demonstrates a solid knowledge of principles in the field of accounting</li> <li>Strong verbal and written skills along with good interpersonal and organizational skills</li> <li>Strong/advanced Excel skills required.</li> </ul> <p> <br>This would be a plus but not a must!</p> <ul type="disc"> <li>SAP and cost accounting experience preferred</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What's on offer</strong><br>We value you and your contribution in the business.
