<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H3 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What are your contributions to the team?</b></H3> </div><div><p>· Researching and reviewing applicable Engineering documentation and other approved technical data from multiple sources.</p> <p>· Writing clearly and concisely structured information within an SB or between multiple SBs.</p> <p>· Preparing lists of parts, wiring processes, materials and tooling required to perform the SB implementation.</p> <p>· Creating or revising part(s) Condition of Supply (COS) documents.</p> <p>· Occasionally support on-site Service Bulletin proof installation/validation (may require travel).</p> <p>· Providing support or information to internal customers (Engineering, Technical Support group) and external customers.</p> <p>· Participating in the SB peer review process.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H3 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>How to thrive in this role?</b></H3> </div><div><p>· Holds a college diploma in Aircraft Maintenance, preferably in Avionics.</p> <p>· Possesses prior experience as a technical writer. Expertise in service bulletin (SB) writing is highly desirable.</p> <p>· Demonstrates the ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a hybrid work environment (minimum two days per week in the office).</p> <p>· Exhibits excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English. Strong proficiency in both written and spoken French would also greatly simplify our day-to-day interactions with supporting groups.</p> <p>· Is exceptionally detail-oriented and adapts to managing time-sensitive issues effectively.</p> <p>· Experience with Simplified English is advantageous.</p> <p>· Proficient in reading and interpreting Engineering documents, including wiring diagrams and schematics, drawings, specifications, and maintenance manuals/publications.</p> <p>· Shows strong command of Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with MS Power Tool is an asset.</p> <p>· Strong level of knowledge and experience of SGML/XML authoring tools, such as ArborText Adept Editor, Contenta, or Adobe FrameMaker.</p></div></div></div>
