Then join our accomplished team!</p> <p>The <strong>Faculty of Psychology</strong> at the University of Vienna comprises four Departments as well as the Psychological Outpatient Unit. The<strong> Differential Psychology and Psychological Assessment Unit </strong>is a part of the Department for Developmental and Educational Psychology.</p> <p><strong>Research topics</strong> of the Unit focus particularly on (i) cognitive abilities, their bases, correlates, and (intra- and interindividual) changes over time, (ii) the development, application, and evaluation of psychological test (esp. objective personality tests), as well as (iii) the validity of empirical study effects. Our methodological approaches include quantitative analyses of cross-sectional and longitudinal data, research syntheses-based approaches (especially meta-analyses), as well as IRT-based (experimental) methods. We offer excellent work opportunities that are expected to lead to the completion of a doctorate, a motivated and experienced team, as well as international collaborations and intensive promotion of
