<p><strong>Director, Regulatory Solutions Business Analyst</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Fitch Solutions is currently seeking a Regulatory Solutions Business Analyst</strong><strong> based in London</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the delivery of Regulatory Solutions across financial institutions. You will use your subject matter expertise in global regulation as a key contact for internal stakeholders including data operations, product and technology teams. This is a client facing role including supporting new opportunities and onboarding. You will also use client feedback and engagement to develop product enhancements.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>We’ll Count on You To:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work closely with Business Strategists to interpret global regulations relevant for</li> </ul> <p>Regulatory Solutions across banking, insurance and non-bank financial institution</p> <p>sectors</p> <ul> <li>Develop detailed business requirements and templates for product development</li> </ul> <p>including data sourcing, extraction and calculation rules</p> <ul> <li>Deliver product enhancements including to support regulatory changes</li> <li>Support product testing and create controls to maintain high levels of data quality for regulatory use cases</li> <li>Conduct analysis on existing products including new coverage opportunities</li> <li>Support client meetings including coverage checks, onboarding and other opportunities to engage and gather feedback</li> <li>Maintain updated client documentation and internal documentation</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What You Need to Have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Deep understanding of global regulations across banking, insurance and non-bank</li> </ul> <p>financial institution sectors</p> <ul> <li>Experience interpreting specific regulations across jurisdictions and ability to build clear logic to be implemented by data operations, product and technology teams</li> <li>Strong data skills and experience sourcing and extracting data from different types of regulatory reporting and financial accounting disclosures</li> <li>Ability to analyze regulatory and financial disclosures in order to develop standardized rules</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Excellent project management skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and deliver to high standards</li> <li>Good understanding of data governance and able to develop controls and conduct testing to ensure robust data quality for regulatory use cases</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What Would Make You Stand Out:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Relevant experience at an accounting firm or regulator</li> <li>Strong data science and coding skills</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Why Fitch?</strong></p> <p>At Fitch Group, the combined power of our global perspectives is what differentiates us.
