Concentrate on why the job is required, not activities</p> <ul> <li>Manage Performance and Learning activities for whole Vietnam</li> <li>Manage HR Transactional’ s activities at site (focus on Data maintain and Occupational Health check) to ensure services deliver smoothly & compliance</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key Result Areas:</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>Describe the key result areas (KRA’s) of the job. These KRA’s should form the basis of the incumbent’s personal objectives.</p> <ol> <li><strong>HR Data Management & Personnel file</strong></li> </ol> <ul> <li>Maintain and update employee information into the HRIS (local system and SF) to ensure that the information is updated timely and accurately.</li> <li>Process employee lifecycle transactions including new hires, transfers, promotions, organizational changes, and terminations.</li> <li>Conduct regular data audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy.</li> <li>Ensure the HR filing system is well established: up-to-date, accessible, professional, labelling.</li> <li>Responsible for all personnel data and ensure compliance with procedures.</li> <li>Ensure the HR filing system is well established: up-to-date, accessible, professional, labelling</li> <li>Generate HR reports and provide HR metrics as requested by management</li> </ul> <p> </p> <ol start="2"> <li><strong>Onboarding & New Hire Administration</strong></li> </ol> <ul> <li>Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees such as preparing employee access cards for new hire.</li> <li>Register employee fingerprint/biometric attendance records and ensure system accuracy.</li> <li>Ensure the issuing the first employment contracts for new hires follow to law requirement</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>3. Occupational Health Check-Up Administration</strong></p> <ul> <li>Coordinate pre-employment medical examinations for new hires.</li> <li>Organize annual occupational health check-ups and other health screening programs for employees.</li> <li>Liaise with medical providers, clinics, and healthcare vendors regarding appointments and schedules.</li> <li>Maintain records of employee medical examination status and completion rates.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety requirements and company policies.</li> <li>Support audits and compliance reviews related to employee health and wellness programs</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>4. HR Induction & Employee Orientation</strong></p> <ul> <li>Organize and conduct HR induction/orientation programs for new employees.</li> <li>Introduce company policies, code of conduct, HR procedures, benefits, and workplace regulations.</li> <li>Ensure all new hires complete mandatory onboarding and compliance training.</li> <li>Collect feedback and continuously improve induction programs.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>5. Performance Management Administration</strong></p> <ul> <li>Coordinate and administer the annual and mid-year performance review cycles.</li> <li>Support goal-setting, performance planning, and performance evaluation processes across the organization.</li> <li>Monitor completion of performance reviews and follow up with employees and managers to ensure timelines are met.</li> <li>Consolidate correctly the annual performance review data and submit to local Rewards as yearly schedule</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong> 6. Learning Management Administration</strong></p> <ul> <li>Coordinate the end-to-end administration of internal and external training programs.</li> <li>Manage training nominations, registrations, attendance tracking, and training evaluations.</li> <li>Schedule training sessions, book venues, and coordinate logistics arrangements.</li> <li>Monitor learning completion status and generate training compliance reports.</li> <li>Provide technical support to employees and managers using learning platforms.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Other tasks, projects and Initiatives per assignment by Managers</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Knowledge, Competencies and Key Behaviours Required:</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>University degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration or related degrees preferred</li> <li>Good HR local Law knowledge and having certification of labour auditor is a plus</li> <li>A minimum of 2-3 years working experience in multi-national company of manufacturing industry in medium to large scope</li> <li>Knowledge and experience for Labour Compliance and auditing</li> <li>Good Communication skills within all levels of the organisation, externally and internally.</li> <li>Strong Time Management skills</li> <li>Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines</li> <li>HRIS such as Success Factor, SAP, workdays…</li> <li>Good written and oral English.</li> <li>Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint), </li> </ul>
