Join us as a SMT (Surface Mount Technology) Operator We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated SMT Operator to join our state-of-the-art electronics manufacturing facility in Poole (soon to be Bournemouth). You will be responsible for running and maintaining our automated SMT assembly lines, ensuring all products are built to the highest quality standards Responsibilities: <ul operating automated Surface Mount Technology (SMT) machinery to assemble electronic circuits</li> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0px;line-height:normal;background-color:white;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">load components, operate pick-and-place machines and reflow ovens, and ensure high-quality production of printed circuit boards (PCBs).</li> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0px;line-height:normal;background-color:white;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Component Management: Load reels, feeders, and trays with surface mount components accurately based on specifications.</li> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0px;line-height:normal;background-color:white;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Quality Assurance: Conduct visual inspections and use Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) to verify
