Participate in per-bid meetings to inform contractors of their labor compliance obligations.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ensure the awarding agency receives and/or review all required compliance reports.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Notify subcontractors of wage violations/infractions and request corrective action be taken immediately.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual special reports to management routinely or as requested.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Close-out all contractors at all tiers.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Perform labor field investigations and audits to ensure the validity of CPR.
