As a Natural Gas Field Mechanical Technician, you will operate and maintain a proprietary robotic system called CISBOT, an innovative technology designed to perform critical repairs from within buried natural gas pipelines. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic outdoor utility construction environment alongside talented professionals while contributing to methane leak reduction and supporting a cleaner, more sustainable energy infrastructure. ULC provides comprehensive training on our proprietary robotic platform and all components of the field repair process. Technicians gain hands-on experience with advanced mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems while developing specialized expertise in robotic pipeline rehabilitation. Many of our successful field technicians come from diverse backgrounds, including automotive repair, plumbing, construction, HVAC, manufacturing, and related skilled trades.
