This role is ideal for a client-focused professional with a strong background in luxury retail, who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and contributing to business performance.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>PROFILE</strong></p> <p>• Deliver a high standard of client service, ensuring an elevated and personalized in-store experience <br>• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business<br>• Identify and maximize sales opportunities across all product categories • Apply effective selling techniques to anticipate and meet client needs <br>• Capture and maintain accurate client data in CRM systems <br>• Proactively engage clients to strengthen relationships and drive retention <br>• Support the execution of in-store events and client engagement activities <br>• Contribute to the development of the store’s local client network <br>• Execute sales transactions accurately, including payments, returns, refunds, remote sales, and tax-free procedures <br>• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation in line with company guidelines <br>• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures <br>• Support stockroom activities, including receiving, transfers, inventory, and reporting <br>• Partner effectively with the store management team to support business objectives <br>• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>JOB REQUIREMENTS</strong></p> <p>• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail; luxury experience preferred, with leather goods as a plus <br>• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build strong client relationships <br>• Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Results-oriented with a client-centric approach <br>• High attention to detail and organizational skills <br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM tools<br>• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>WHAT WE OFFER</strong></p> <p>• CCNL Terziario Commercio<br>• Salary range (gross annual): € 25.500 - € 30.000<br>• Commissions</p> <p> </p> <p><em><strong>The recruitment process is also open to candidates belonging to protected categories as defined by Italian Law No. 68/1999.</strong></em></p> <p>#MRN</p><p><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Creativity at Marni comes from differences.
