This role ensures professional and technical expertise to improve the efficiency of our operational systems, improve the quality of our products, and find more cost-effective ways to meet these goals while reducing costs. Perform duties to ensure that all electrical and instrumentation maintenance is performed; replace and repair components and parts as needed, program monitoring systems, and troubleshoot errors to keep the plant in safe and efficient operating condition.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Responsibilities</H2> </div><div><div> <ul> <li>Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical, electronic, instrumentation, and process control issues using appropriate tools and software.</li> <li>Test, repair, and maintain process instrumentation, including flow meters, level transmitters, level switches, and related equipment.</li> <li>Work with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to resolve equipment and system issues efficiently.Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, specifications, diagrams, and equipment manuals.</li> <li>Program, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain PLC and DCS systems.</li> <li>Repair and maintain electrical, electronic, and electromechanical production equipment.</li> <li>Collect and analyze PLC input/output data to monitor equipment performance and support future process improvements.</li> <li>Troubleshoot and maintain process control systems to ensure reliable operation.</li> <li>Complete and maintain required documentation, control records, and drawings;
