<p><span>Responsibilities Identifying, evaluating, and developing new sensor opportunities in automotive and industrial sectors Building and applying system-level understanding of: Battery systems and battery safety Thermal management systems New energy applications & Energy conversion Analyzing customer, system, and application requirements and translating them into sensor concepts and technical specifications Supporting feasibility studies, concept development, and proof-of-concept activities at innovation projects and technology exploration initiatives Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, software engineering and external partners Conducting technology scouting, trend analysis, and benchmarking of relevant technologies and competitors Supporting experimental testing, data interpretation, and technical documentation Sharing insights and learnings within the organization to support knowledge development Proactively identifying new opportunity areas through structured self-learning and independent research Qualifications Master / Doctor degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Sensor Technology, or a related technical field Good understanding of new energy-related systems, including: Battery systems and battery safety Thermal management Energy systems New energy technologies Good knowledge of sensing principles & technologies, e.g., inductive, radar, capacitive, piezoresistive, optical… Solid analytical and problem-solving skills High motivation for self-learning, personal development, and exploration of new technical fields Ability to work independently and structure work effectively in a dynamic innovation environment Strong communication and collaboration skills in multidisciplinary teams Interest in future technologies, innovation, and application-driven development</span></p>
