Job Title Assistant Director/Manager – Commercial Contracting Service Line/Sub-Business Line Legal Qualification LL. B (professional qualification) The opportunity This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team within EY. Part of the GDS GCO Enablement team in India, the role will involve working with legal/Global General Counsel’s Office (GCO) attorneys, and support EY’s business on vendor contracts. You will provide legal support to the business and become a trusted adviser of stakeholders (often at senior leadership level). You will be expected to assess and understand how risks can be best managed and mitigated. You will also be managing a team of legal professionals and would be expected to coach and guide the team members to enable them to efficiently deliver on their goals. Your responsibilities <ul> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, finalising and advising on procurement License contracts, Hosted software/hosted services agreements; External Data Agreement; IT Services agreements; Software support agreements; SLAs</li> </ul> </li> <li
