The opportunity We’re looking for Senior with expertise in SAP IS Utility FI-CA to join the EY GDS Utilities team. Your key responsibilities <ul> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">To provide functional knowledge with hands-on experience in electricity, gas and water utilities.</li> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Hands on experience configuring the IS-U system</li> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Drive Business Workshops, Blueprint Sessions, develop BBPs/BBDs FS, Test Scenarios, conduct Trainings, perform Testing and provide defect management support for Device Management module</li> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Design core / customized business processes and provide best practices for ISU.</li> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Communicate complex requirements to and from Technical and Non-technical stakeholders</li> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Willing to travel as per requirement</li> </ul> Skills and attributes for success <ul> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Should understand different business process in of Utility Industry (Regulated and Deregulated)</li> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Should possess SAP FICA knowledge for preparation of business blueprints, business process plan (BPP), functional documents, and test cases etc.</li> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Should have knowledge of the Meter to Cash</li> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Should have experience in FICA Dunning procedure/Collection Strategy, payment (cash desk/external cash desk) integration with payment channels, write off, return processing, security deposit, installment plan, and promise to pay.</li> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Exposure of Country specific localization.</li> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Experience in BRIM CI FICA is good to have.</li> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Experience in configuring FICA Events and BRF+ (functional).</li> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Strong knowledge of clearing strategy, clearing rules.</li> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Experience in Cash Desk and clarifications.</li> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Strong knowledge of month-end and period-end closing and FICA to FICO GL integration.</li> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Experience in the de-regulated/Regulated energy market.</li> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Develop templates and methods to improve the efficiency of application support.</li> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Gather and prioritizes relevant SAP Business requirements and designing the appropriate solution</li> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Understands configuration dependencies and inter-relationships between other modules of SAP such as Device Management, CS/CRM, Billing and design and troubleshoot in the area with this knowledge</li> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Defines test scenarios to cover full scope of the business as well as creating master data and carry out the unit, cycle and integration tests</li> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Should be well versed to make enhancement in specific FICA events.</li> </ul> To qualify for the role, you must have <ul> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">College degree in related technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science, etc.) or comparable job experiences</li> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Should be more than 5 year of experience in a functional role.
