B (professional qualification) The opportunity This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team within EY. Part of the GDS GCO Enablement team in India, the role will involve working with the Consulting Service Line and Quality team. You will provide legal support to the business and become a trusted adviser of stakeholders (often at senior leadership level). You will be expected to assess and understand how risks can be best managed and mitigated. You will also be managing a team of legal professionals and would be expected to coach and guide the team members to enable them to efficiently deliver on their goals. business in Quality matters and support the Quality team based in US in its advice to EY’s engagement partners and business teams on risk management issues.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, Statements of Work (SOWs), engagement terms and conditions, Inter Office Memos, Change Orders, attorney client privilege documents, and other ancillary contractual documents, identifying potential sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Hands on experience in reviewing and negotiating complex commercial consulting services like Build Operate and Transfer (BOT), Managed Services, Application Management
