We empower you in a flexible environment, and fuel you and your extraordinary talents in a diverse and inclusive culture of globally connected teams.</p> <p>We work together across our full spectrum of services and skills powered by technology and AI, so that business, people and the planet can thrive together. </p> <p>We’re all in, are you?</p> <p>Join EY and shape your future with confidence.</p> <div>As a Senior Associate within our Consulting team, you will play an important role in shaping client outcomes and driving project delivery across the following areas and responsibilities:</div> <ul type="disc"> <li>Lead end-to-end OneStream implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.</li> <li>Design and configure OneStream applications, including: Cubes and dimensions; Workflow and security; Metadata management; Cube Views and Dashboards; Business Rules; Reporting and analytics; etc.</li> <li>Develop planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and management reporting solutions.</li> <li>Design and implement data integration frameworks with ERP, HR, CRM, and other upstream/downstream systems.</li> <li>Develop and optimize business rules, data load processes, and performance tuning activities.</li> <li>Support data migration, reconciliation, and validation activities.</li> <li>Lead and manage discrete workstreams within large, complex engagements, including planning, execution and delivery</li> <li>Supervise, coach and develop junior team members (Associates/Consultants), providing guidance and quality review of deliverables</li> <li>Ensure compliance with EY methodologies, quality standards, and risk management requirements</li> <li>Contribute to business development by supporting proposal development, client presentations and thought leadership initiatives</li> <li>Support internal practice initiatives, including knowledge development, methodology enhancement and team activities</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills and attributes for success</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills</li> <li>Strong OneStream technical & functional capabilities</li> <li>Ability to understand functional requirements and translate it to technical requirements</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under pressure</li> <li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills</li> <li>Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, concise messages for client stakeholders</li> <li>Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions</li> <li>Commercial awareness and understanding of client needs and industry trends</li> <li>Proactive, adaptable and results-driven approach</li> </ul> <p><strong>To qualify for the role, you must have</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.</li> <li>5–8+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience.</li> <li>Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on OneStream implementation experience.</li> <li>Experience delivering multiple full lifecycle OneStream implementations.</li> <li>OneStream Platform Administration</li> <li>Experience in delivering client engagements and managing workstreams</li> <li>Strong experience in analysis, problem-solving and delivering client-ready outputs</li> <li>Proven ability to manage stakeholders and work effectively in team environments</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li> </ul> <p><strong>Ideally, you’ll also have</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Experience in a professional services or consulting firm</li> <li>Exposure to working with OneStream Market Place solutions</li> <li>Exposure to projects across regional or global teams</li> <li>Project management experience (Agile or waterfall methodologies)</li> <li>Relevant certifications in OneStream (OneStream Certified Professional, OneStream Essentials / Implementation Certifications)</li> </ul> <p> </p>
