As our operational Training Advisor, you'll play a key role in developing people across Northparkes through high quality training, assessment and capability programs that support safe and productive operations This 12 month parental leave opportunity offers a highly sought after 4 day working week, delivering a long weekend every week while providing exposure across multiple operational departments. Whether you're an experienced trainer or an operational professional looking to transition into a training career, this role offers the opportunity to influence workforce capability, support apprentices and trainees, and contribute directly to the future success of Northparkes.
