sans-serif">Monitor budget performance and recommend corrective actions where required.</li> <li models, business cases, scenario analyses, investment appraisals, and strategic project evaluations.</li> <li movements, evaluate hiring requests, and analyze labor cost and productivity trends.</li> <li <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related disciplines.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">8-12 years of experience in FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, Management Reporting, or Financial Controlling.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a managerial or senior business partnering role.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Experience in listed companies, multinational corporations, or large manufacturing organizations is preferred.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Experience with SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, OneStream, Anaplan, Tableau, or other FP&A systems is an advantage.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Experience leading cost optimization initiatives and exposure to CAPEX evaluation and project analysis are highly desirable.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Frequent
