<p><strong>QUALIFIED BAKER</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>We are a busy Christchurch Supermarket looking for a <strong>qualified baker</strong> to join our busy Bakery team. Our team is looking for someone who can produce high-quality products to Riccarton PAK’nSAVE standards. We value great communication, teamwork, and reliability.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Essential Requirements</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><strong>Bakery Trade Qualification</strong> (e.g., NZ Certificate in Baking [Level 4] or equivalent) <ul> <li><em>Alternatives</em>: At least one years’ industry experience in a commercial bakery</li> </ul> </li> <li>Strong commitment and good work ethic</li> <li>Excellent customer service skills</li> <li>Reliable and honest</li> <li>Ability to thrive in a busy work environment</li> <li>Medium to high level of physical fitness</li> <li>Well-developed time management and organisational skills</li> <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Duties Include:</li> <li>Production of doughs</li> <li>Product preparation</li> <li>Bread making, traying up, baking off, and other varied duties</li> <li>Adhere to all Food Safety and Health and Safety standards</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>This is a full-time position and will include at least one weekend day with shifts starting at 3am.
