With 15,000 employees across processing facilities, feedlots, farms, transport and corporate offices, we play an important role in feeding communities across Australia and around the world.</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>We're looking for a passionate and energetic<strong> </strong>Change & Capability Lead to drive engagement, adoption and capability development as part of our Rostering, Time & Attendance transformation program.</p> <h2> </h2> <h2><span style="font-size:14.0pt">About the Role</span></h2> <p>As the Change & Capability Lead, you'll help our people successfully navigate change by creating engaging communications, practical learning solutions and empowering local teams to take ownership of change initiatives.</p> <p>Working across our national operations, you'll partner with leaders, change champions and local trainers to build change readiness, support adoption and establish sustainable ways of working.</p> <h2> </h2> <h2><span style="font-size:14.0pt">What You'll Do</span></h2> <ul> <li>Lead change readiness activities and help teams embrace new ways of working.</li> <li>Develop engaging communications, leadership messaging and project updates.</li> <li>Create practical toolkits and resources that empower local teams to deliver change.</li> <li>Build capability through coaching, Train-the-Trainer programs and structured support.</li> <li>Facilitate workshops, showcases, information sessions and site-based engagement activities.</li> <li>Establish feedback loops to monitor adoption and continuously improve outcomes.</li> <li>Apply change and behavioural frameworks such as ADKAR, SCARF and Nudge Theory to support successful transformation.</li> </ul> <h2> </h2> <h2><span style="font-size:14.0pt">What You'll Bring</span></h2> <ul> <li>5+ years' experience in Change Management, Learning, Engagement or Organisational Development.</li> <li>Experience working in large, complex operational environments.</li> <li>Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills.</li> <li>Ability to simplify complex change into clear, practical actions.</li> <li>Experience developing learning resources, communications and engagement campaigns.</li> <li>Strong coaching and facilitation skills.</li> <li>A proactive, energetic and solutions-focused mindset with a passion for helping people succeed.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>This is an opportunity to make a real impact in one of Australia's largest businesses, working alongside passionate people and helping shape the future of how we work.</p> <p>If you love bringing people on the journey, building capability and making change stick, we'd love to hear from you. </p> </div> <div> </div>
