Job Location Duke University Hospital Inpatient Hematologic Malignancy and Cellular Therapy Job Summary The Hematologic Malignancy and Cellular Therapy (HMCT) Advanced Practice Provider works in collaboration with attending physicians, collects and documents data, obtains/orders diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, laboratory studies and professional consultations to provide direct patient care services for HMCT inpatient services. This position will split time between our two services 50/50. Education NP: Graduate of accredited MSN or DNP Nurse Practitioner Program for adult care PA: Graduate of ARC accredited Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree Physician Assistant Program Certification NP: Any NP certification that treats adults (FNP, ANP, AGNP, AGPCNP, AGACNP, etc.) PA: PA-C Both: BLS ACLS preferred Licensure NP: Must have unrestricted RN licensure issued by or recognized by the NCBON with authorization to practice as a NP PA: Must have unrestricted medical license issued by NCMB with authorization to practice as PA Both: Federal and State DEA independent license with unrestricted prescriptive authority Experience APP experience is preferred, ideally in Hematology/Oncology, but recent or new grads graduating by December 2025 are welcome to apply.
