<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><u><b>Job Posting External</b></u></H2> </div><div><p style="margin-bottom:11.0px"><u><b>Job Duties</b></u></p> <ul> <li>Process new and used sales orders, monitor inventories, initiate/track delivery, and invoice for new equipment, used equipment, and warehouse products.</li> <li>Monitor new equipment, used equipment and warehouse product inventory including ordering of stock</li> <li>Maintain complete files on all orders</li> <li>Approve and code vendor invoices for payment and handle vendor payment inquiries</li> <li>Process credits and re-invoice equipment when necessary</li> <li>Track warranty registration and complete warranty installation</li> <li>Generate required reports</li> <li>Order supplies and sales literature</li> <li>Assist other departments as needed</li> </ul> <p style="margin-bottom:11.0px"><u><b>Minimum Qualifications</b></u></p> <ul> <li>Less than 2 years related experience</li> <li>High school diploma or equivalent</li> </ul> <p style="margin-bottom:11.0px"><u><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></u></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor or associate degree in business preferred</li> <li>Previous coordinator experience in a sales and/or rental department preferred</li> <li>Accurate and efficient data entry skills with Microsoft Office experience</li> <li>Effective written and oral communications skills</li> <li>Good organizational skills</li> <li>AutoCAD experience preferred</li> </ul> </div></div></div>
